On Tuesday night, the White Township Planning Commission approved a modification for the ongoing Texas Roadhouse project.
The change involves the sign for the business, as code enforcement officer John Major explains.
The proposed sign will be 35 feet high, and will be on the same level as the restaurant itself.
The board also gave conditional approval for the final site plan for a proposed outbuilding at the First Energy property in the 2300 block of Oakland Avenue. Final approval will come when the final stormwater plan is received.
