Indiana Borough Police have charged two juveniles for violating a borough code following an incident Wednesday morning. Officers say they located two 14-year-old boys in the 600 block of Philadelphia Street around 2:30 a.m. for violating the borough’s curfew protocol. They were taken home and released to their respective guardians. Police later filed non-traffic citations through Magisterial Judge Tony Sottile’s office.
