One person was arrested following an incident Saturday morning in Blairsville Borough.
Blairsville Borough Police say they were summoned to a home along North Morrow Street shortly after 3 a.m. after 24-year-old Levi Kelly allegedly attempted to enter the home through a window. The caller said they had a PFA order against Kelly, and when police arrived, he fled on foot. Officers were able to apprehend him a short time later.
Kelly was lodged in Indiana County Jail on an arrest warrant out of District Judge Tony Sottile’s office. He was arraigned on charges of violating the PFA order, stalking, attempted criminal trespass, defiant trespass, and loitering/prowling at night through Magisterial Judge Robert Bell Sr.’s office, and he remains in Indiana County Jail in lieu of $25,000 each for the PFA violation and the other charges.
