Three Pittsburgh Steelers players are now on the Reserve COVID 19 list after linebacker Robert Spillane joined TJ Watt and offensive lineman Joe Haeg.
Though Spillane’s role was one of depth the loss of two players from the front seven of the defense does not figure to help a defense that must stop the National Football League’s second-best rushing offense.
The Steelers are 2 ½ games back of the first place Ravens in the AFC North Division.
