A preliminary hearing is scheduled for today for a Blairsville man charged in connection with a domestic dispute earlier this month.
That hearing will be for 52-year-old Gary C. Baney, Jr. , who was arrested by Blairsville police on June 2nd following the incident at a home along East Market Street. Police did not release full details on the incident, but court documents show he is charged with strangling his victim, making terroristic threats, harassment and two counts of simple assault.
Baney was arrested after a warrant was issued. He is now in Indiana County Jail.
