Only one sentencing hearing was held yesterday in Indiana County Court, and that was for a Clymer man who was sentenced for a drug-related crime.
22-year-old Caleb Pearce of Clymer was ordered to serve up to two years of probation for a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. He had been facing two of those counts along with criminal use of a communications facility. The other counts were not prosecuted as part of a plea deal.
