The Pittsburgh Steelers have the day off from practice at training camp at St. Vincent’s College in Latrobe.
When practice resumes on Wednesday, Sammie Coates hopes to return to the field. He has been on the Physically Unable to Perform list since his knee surgery over the summer and has seen limited practice on a side-field away from the team.
Also looking to come back to full practice is James Conner, who is targeting Wednesday as a day he can suit up in full pads and rejoin the team. He wants to be in the Steelers’ next pre-season game on Sunday against Atlanta.
