It will be a busy day for Pitt fans as the Men’s Basketball Team is in action at 2:00 this afternoon at the Pete taking on University of Maryland Baltimore County. The Panthers are coming off a 68-52 loss to Vanderbuilt on Wednesday, and is the fourth game of a five game home-stand.
Meanwhile, the ACC Costal Champion Pitt Football Team will wrap up its regular season with a game tonight against Syracuse. Pitt Coach Pat Narduzzi said that his team is focused solely on the game ahead of them, looking to notch a 10-win season, which would be the Panthers’ first in 40 years. Pitt will be without the services of Strong Safety Brandon Hill at least for the first half. He was ejected last week for targeting during the Virginia Game. Hill leads the panthers in tackles and is second in pass breakups this season.
You can hear the game on WCCS at 5:30 today with the pre-game show.
