ALTOONA CURVE LOSE TO TRENTON IN SERIES OPENER

The Altoona Curve lost their series-opener to the Trenton Thunder 6-5 in Altoona last night.  Jeff Hendrix lead the Thunder at the plate, going 4-4 with an RBI and a run scored, but the Curve were limited to five hits, including a homer from Wyatt Mathisen.  Alex McRae took the loss for the Curve, going 4 and 2/3rds innings, giving up six runs on 11 hits and striking out 3.  The Curve and Trenton Thunder play a double-header today.
