An Indiana man has been jailed for allegedly touching a 9-year-old girl inappropriately last year.
Indiana Borough Police say 37-year-old Christopher Earl Dunn Jr. was taken into custody on Monday after he admitted touching the girl while he was intoxicated. The offense is dated on his criminal docket sheet as having occurred on January 1st of 2020. Police say it happened at a location in the one-thousand block of Chestnut Street.
Dunn was arraigned before District Judge Guy Haberl on Monday and ordered held at the Indiana County Jail after being unable to post $50,000 straight cash bond. He is charged with three third-degree felony offenses…indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age; endangering the welfare of children; and corruption of minors.
Judge Haberl has scheduled a preliminary hearing for 1:30 PM on December 8th.
