A Blairsville man was charged following an incident earlier this month.
Blairsville Borough Police say they were called out to a domestic dispute along East Market Street on June 2nd and arrested 52-year-old Gary Baney following their arrival. Baney was taken into custody on Thursday after a warrant was issued by judge Robert Bell Sr.
He was placed in Indiana County Jail and charged with strangulation, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, and harassment.
