A plea court hearing is set for today for a woman who now faces drug charges, but has a criminal history in Indiana County.
Court documents say that 52-year-old Jacqueline Pratt of Saltsburg is due in court to plead to two counts of Manufacture, Delivery or Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to deliver, and single counts of possession of a controlled substance, of marijuana and of drug paraphernalia connected with an incident on November 6th of last year.
Back in 2017, Pratt was in trouble with police for different reasons, as she was caught with numerous suspensions of her driver’s license, and tried to get out of the arrest by claiming she was her sister, Tammy Pratt, and that Jacqueline was in the hospital with a brain tumor. Police did not buy her story, and she was once again charged with a suspended license violation along with false ID to law enforcement.
