A Plumville man escaped injury in a crash last week in Armstrong County.
State police from the Kittanning barracks said that 60-year-old William Uncapher was driving east on Troy Hill Road just south of Stitt Gray Road in Rayburn Township at 2:55 PM when he reached down for something in his vehicle. In doing so, Uncapher’s vehicle veered off the road, into some bushes, and hit a utility pole off the East Berm.
Uncapher’s car was disabled in the crash and had to be towed. Uncapher was cited for Careless Driving and for not driving on roads laned for traffic.
