An Indiana man will enter pleas in nine different cases today in Indiana County court today.
26-year-old Rodney Morgan Campbell will enter pleas in incidents that happened in March, April, September and October of this year. All the charges he faces are drug related, including drug possession, public drunkenness, DUI-controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Across all nine cases, he faces a total of 25 charges.
Also due in court today is an Indiana man who was one of four people who allegedly disposed of a dead body after a drug overdose five years ago. 34-year-old Ronald Duain Eiselman, Jr., is due in court today for a plea court hearing for a charge of flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment that stemmed from an incident on June 26th, 2021. Back on April 30th, 2016, Eiselman along with Robert Pardee, Bryan Harper and Brittany Trausi allegedly dumped the body of Tyler Eckenroad along Wissinger Hill Road after Eckenroad died from a drug overdose after a night of partying at a home.
Also scheduled for a plea court hearing today is Peggy Jean Bender of Sprankle Mills, who faces charges of drug and drug paraphernalia possession, possession with the intent to deliver, three counts of DUI, and summary traffic charges for an incident on May 27th of 2020.
