No one was hurt in a crash involving three vehicles Sunday evening in Derry Township, Westmoreland County.
State police from the Kiski Valley barracks say it occurred along Route 217 shortly after 6 o’clock when a car driven by 29-year-old Crystal Lauda of Derry attempted to turn left onto Pizza Barn Road but failed to yield to a car driven by 26-year-old Bo Quick of Blairsville, which was driving south on 217. A third car, driven by 73-year-old Terry Fridley of Blairsville, was stopped at the intersection but was hit because of the impact from the other two cars.
None of the drivers were hurt, nor were two passenger’s in Lauda’s vehicle. Her car required towing but the other two were able to be driven from the scene.
No charges were filed.
