A motions hearing is scheduled for today for a Glen Campbell man charged with sexual assault.
Court documents show that 43-year-old Andrew John Komlosky, Jr. is charged with rape of a child, rape by forcible compulsion, statutory sexual assault, sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated assault and indecent assault for an incident that goes back to January of 1997. The motions hearing is for a petition for a writ of habeas corpus.
Meanwhile, jury selection is set to get underway for 58-year-old Peter Robert Harvey. He is charged with forgery, tampering with evidence and false swearing-misleading a public servant. This is in connection with an incident on April 20th of 2020.
