Blairsville Borough Police have arrested a man wanted for charges in Westmoreland County on Monday.
Police say that they were dispatched to the Sheetz on East Market Street for a report of a possible intoxicated man at the store. When they got there, they came into contact with 32-year-old Tyler Ballengee of Blairsville. During the investigation, they found that a warrant was out for his arrest for failing to appear in court for charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver.
He was turned over to police in Murrysville and taken to Westmoreland County Court for his arraignment.
