An inmate at the state prison in Indiana is now facing other charges after an incident over their meal. State police say that 18-year-old Elijah Arrington of McClure was charged with harassment-physical contact for an incident SCI-Pine Grove on October 19th. Arrington admitted that he threw his lunch tray at a prison guard, identified as a 29-year-old Greensburg man, because his burger did not have a beef patty. Arrington told the guard to either get him a new burger or he would throw his tray at him, and Arrington followed through with his threat. No serious injuries were reported.
