Several hearings are scheduled for today in Indiana County Court.
One of the hearings will be a pre-trial motions hearing for Steven Matthew McIntyre. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and with drug paraphernalia for an incident on January 18th of this year. Police said that he was found with heroin and heroin-related items following a traffic stop on South Fourth and Locust Streets in Indiana Borough on January 18th.
