The Armstrong-Indiana Intermediate Unit board of directors met earlier this week and approved entering into an agreement with a company for compliance software.
The agreement is with EduLink software for the use of the COMPLY program. The software will be used by the IU to track and manage employee fulfillment of district requisites, state mandates and other important compliance items. The agreement signed represents a three-year licensing fee of $15,812 to access the system, but any additional customization outside the scope of the agreement will be included in a separate agreement and billed at EduLink’s hourly rates.
The board also approved a three-year contract with Shriver Contract Services to provide transportation services for the IU retroactively to August 25th of this year to the end of the current school year. Three one-year extension options are also part of the contract.
