Playing the day after they won the Heritage Conference championship, Homer-Center visited Bishop McCort last night and the Wildcats surrendered three runs in the 7th inning as the Crushers walked them off, 12-11 at Point Stadium, which is now known as Sargent’s Stadium at the Point. Eli Zasadni hit a two-run double to drive in the tying and winning runs.
Homer-Center’s Dom Shimko had 2 hits and Braden Dunn had a hit and 3 RBIs. It wasn’t the cleanest game, as Homer-Center committed 4 errors and McCort 5.
