INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE
An Indiana man was charged by Indiana Borough police with drug paraphernalia possession for an incident back in April. Borough police say they were called out to a domestic dispute in progress in the 1300 block of school street and found 39-year-old Antonio Santiago with a misbranded controlled substance. The criminal complaint was filed through district judge Tony Sottile’s office.
Indiana Borough police have charged an Indiana man with DUI and tampering with evidence in connection with an incident on Thursday. Police say that they conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Church Street. He refused to provide police with his driver’s license or to give them his name. Police discovered that the suspect was 21-year-old Gavin Millen of Indiana and discovered that he was under the influence of alcohol to the extent that it was not safe for him to drive. He was taken into custody, but subsequently released to a sober adult. Charges were filed through district judge Tony Sotile’s office.
