PennDOT is inviting high school students in District 10 to take part in the annual “Paint the Plow” contest.
The program challenges area high school students to design and paint an original mural on a PennDOT snow plow blade that incorporates the annual theme of the contest. This year’s theme is “Use your reason when it’s freezin’”, which was selected to help remind motorists to use caution when driving during the winter season, and to practice safe driving behaviors. The Paint the Plow program first started in 2015 and has expanded since then. Last year in District 10, Keystone High School in Clarion County took the fan favorite award.
