From Indiana Borough:
A portion of Rice Avenue between South Street & School Street (behind the HUB at IUP) will be blocked off on Monday, October 4th while a crane is operational in the area for permitted work.
The roadway will be closed off in the morning and possibly into late afternoon. The work should be completed by the evening.
