A woman who stole multiple times from the Walmart in White Township was sentenced yesterday in Indiana County Court.
49-year-old Tracy Lyman of Creekside was ordered to serve two years of probation for each of the nine incidents that she was charged. She allegedly stole items from the Walmart in SouthTowne plaza on March 16th, 23rd, 28th, April 15th, 23rd and 27th, and May 3rd, 12th and 17th.
State police did not list any estimates on how much she took for each incident.
All nine sentences will run concurrently.
Also sentenced yesterday on theft-related crimes was 19-year-old Zachary Liscsak of Moon, who was charged for incidents that happened on May 9th of this year and October 2nd of last year. For the 2020 case where he was charged with theft of services, criminal mischief, possession of drug paraphernalia, he was ordered to serve up to two years of probation, and for the 2021 case where he was charged with drug possession and retail theft, he was ordered to serve one year of probation. The sentences will run concurrently.
