In an email sent from the West Shamokin athletic office on Thursday afternoon, athletic director Philip Parks announced that Northern Cambria had cancelled for Friday’s varsity football game with the Wolves.
According to Parks, the game has been deemed a forfeit by Northern Cambria. The Wolves will have an open date, as no new opponent could be secured for the game. No explanation for the Northern Cambria decision was given.
