The Penguins will be without the services of Sidney Crosby when they take the ice for Game Four against the Washington Capitals on Wednesday.
Head coach Mike Sullivan has announced that Crosby has suffered a concussion after taking a cross-check to the head during the first period of Game Three. Washington defenseman Matt Niskanen will not face further punishment for the hit on Crosby.
The Pens lead the series, 2-1.
