With their fourth-round pick, the Steelers selected quarterback Joshua Dobbs from Tennessee in Day 3 of the NFL draft.
The Steelers also took defensive back Brian Allen from Utah in the fifth round, long snapper Colin Holba from Louisville in the sixth round and outside linebacker Keion Adams from Western Michigan in the seventh round.
With the draft completed, the Steelers agreed to terms with nine rookie free agents, including Ethan Cooper, the 6-2, 322 pound offensive guard from IUP.
