VOLLEYBALL
Indiana defeated Plum, 3-0, in a home section match. Emily Madey had 26 assists. Abbie Huey led in kills at 11 and Peyton Ream had 10. Lauren Brocious had eight digs.
Homer-Center defeated Northern Cambria, 3-0, winning the sets by scores of 25-17, 25-15, and 25-18. Meegan Williams led the Wildcats with 15 kills. Marlee Kochman had 10 and Gabi Page had 8. Mya Fatula and Ashlyn Kerr had 18 digs.
Northern Cambria won the JV game, 25-16 and 25-14.
GIRLS GOLF
Another close loss for the Indiana girls golfers, who fell to Connellsville by just four strokes. Indiana had two golfers in the forties. Ally Conrad shot 47 and Jenny Todd shot 49.
BOYS GOLF
River Valley downed Homer-Center by 23 strokes. Carson McCully shot 44 and Cole Stuchal 48 for River Valley. Homer-Center had one golfer in the forties, Jonah Arone, who shot a 44.
JUNIOR HIGH FOOTBALL
The Indiana Junior High Football team won its first game of the season, 42-14, over South Allegheny. Levi Porter scored three times for Indiana on 35 and 37 yard runs and on a 42 yard punt return. Jackson Albert scored on runs of 10 and 43 yards. Dominic Fanella scored the final touchdown on a 15-yard run. Porter, Albert, and Michael Zimmerman all ran in for extra points. Brooks Fordyce and Laila Clifford both recovered fumbles.
