The Penns Manor School Board will meet tonight and will have several items on the agenda.
On the agenda for tonight’s meeting is a vote to approve a tax abatement application for Danielle Vasbinder of Clymer, who is applying for a two-year exemption from paying school real estate taxes. The agreement is subject to approval by the County Board of Property Assessment Appeals and the Chief Assessor.
The board will also look at some revisions to two of the district’s policies. The policies are for local board procedures and for public participation during board meetings.
The board will also look to hire a long-term elementary art substitute teacher along with guest and substitute teachers. Also on the agenda is the resignation of head baseball coach Robert Paronish and the resignation of two instructional assistants.
