Indiana County’s courts resume operations after taking Good Friday off, and it looks to be a busy day for the county’s court of common pleas with plea and sentencing hearings scheduled.
Three plea hearings are set for Charles J. Ferrari, Jr. The 48-year-old man from North Versailles is charged with retail theft in three different cases. One goes back to July 27th of 2022, a second to August 2nd of that year, and a third on September 14th of 2022. In two cases, the alleged retail theft was due to under-ringing merchandise.
Also on the agenda today is a pre-trial conference for 49-year-old Brian James Barr, who has no address listed in court documents. He is charged with corruption of minors, indecent assault of someone under 13 and indecent exposure for incidents that happened January 1st of 2014.
