A Pittsburgh man was arrested by state police in Center Township after being caught in a stolen car on Sunday.
The incident happened on March 24th at 12:56 PM along Route 119 South in Center Township. It was discovered that 18-year-old Samir Ware of Pittsburgh was driving black 2020 Toyota Camry that was initially reported stolen by Pittsburgh police. Ware was taken into custody at that point.
He is charged with felony receiving stolen property, and summary counts of driving an unregistered vehicle, and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned in front of District Judge Tony Sottile and placed in Indiana County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail. A preliminary hearing is set for April 4th.
