After an off day on Monday, the Altoona Curve return home to open a six-game series against the Somerset Patriots, the Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees.
Somerset enters the series with a 53-36 record and just a half-game back of first place in the Northeast division of the Northeast League. Altoona is fourth in the Southwest division with a record of 47-41 and sitting 8.5 games back of first place.
Travis McGregor (3-5, 5.86 ERA) will start for Altoona, while the Patriots have not named a pitcher. First pitch is 6:30 p.m.
