The IUP baseball team swept a doubleheader from Gannon Sunday by scores of 7-3 and 11-5.
In game one, Wes Carson went 2 for 4 with two RBI and a double, while Matt Eperesi was 1 for 3 with a home run and three RBI.
Dillion Swanger earned the win in relief, tossing three scoreless innings while yielding just one hit.
In game two, Dan Sepic put IUP on the board with a first-inning solo home run.
Chris Eisel was 4 for 4 with three runs scored, a home run and four RBI. Anthony Rigous also homered and knocked in three, going 2 for 4.
Dan Roan tossed three innings, giving up just one hit while striking out four.
With the wins, the Crimson Hawks improve to 5-13 overall and 2-4 in PSAC play.
The team is hosting Gannon, starting at 1 p .m. today. The exhibition game with the Altoona Curve has been cancelled.
