Gift Ngoepe hit a walk-off single in the ninth, leading the Pirates to a 5-4 win over the Rays on Tuesday afternoon at LECOM Park.
John Jaso smacked a two-run homer in the first inning to give Pittsburgh the early lead, and catcher Jacob Stallings launched a game-tying homer in the eighth inning. Jose Osuna led the Bucs with two hits.
Adam Frazier scored twice, including the game-winner.
The Pirates improved to 16-7.
