A Black Lick man was sentenced in six cases yesterday in Indiana County Court.
41-year-old Ryan A. Irwin was in court on Friday for his sentencing hearings. The earliest case that he was sentenced for goes back to September of 2019. He pleaded guilty to some of the charges in each case, while other charges were not prosecuted. He was ordered to serve up to seven years in state prison each for retail theft, attempted retail theft and two counts each of criminal trespass and driving under the influence. For the receiving stolen property charge, he received a sentence of up to five years.
All of the sentences will run concurrently.
