The Pirates scored 10 runs with 16 hits to win spring slugfest with the Tampa Bay Rays, 10-8.
Jose Osuna went 2-for-3 with a homer in the Pirates’ four-run fifth inning and 2 RBIs. Danny Ortiz, Elias Diaz, Alen Hanson and Adam Frazier also had two hits for Pittsburgh.
The Pirates proved to 10-3.
