State police have issued reports on several accidents from the last week.
No one was injured Friday evening in a single-vehicle crash on Route 286, near Old Route 56 in Center Township. Police say a 17-year-old Indiana boy was rounding a right curve when his right front tire burst, causing him to veer off the road and strike a road sign.
19-year-old Felicia Earle of Tioga, PA, was cited last Wednesday for careless driving after her vehicle struck another vehicle parked at The Meadows along Oakland Avenue. Police say Earle fled the scene but was later tracked down.
20-year-old Trever Day of Lucernemines escaped injury in a crash July 11th at the intersection of Route 119 North and Lucerne Road. Day’s car struck a traffic pole. Police say that prior to the arrival of emergency responders, Day was “actively trying to flee the crash scene.”
