State police from the Punxsutawney Barracks have charged a woman with drug-related crimes and child endangerment in an incident on Saturday in North Mahoning Township.
Police say they were dispatched at 11:34 AM to a home along Route 119 North in Rochester Mills, where an unnamed 30 year old woman was trying to lower her two children, an infant boy and a two-year-old girl from a second story window at her home. The woman admitted to using methamphetamine before the incident.
