Pennsylvania’s Attorney General is reacting to an order issued to three counties to hand over voting materials from the 2020 election in Pennsylvania.
Attorney General Josh Shapiro says he and Gov. Tom Wolf have advised officials in York, Tioga, and Philadelphia counties not to comply with an order to turn over voting materials from the the 2020 election. Appearing on CNN, Shapiro said if taken to court over the matter he’s confident he will win, just as he did in the dozens of other cases that challenged the election results.
Shapiro says audits of the election have already been conducted more than once, with the same result-there were no irregularities, and President Joe Biden won Pennsylvania by 80,000 votes.
