A man with addresses in both Indiana and Blairsville, and who has a lengthy criminal record was sentenced this morning in Indiana County Court.
Court documents say 30-year-old Corey Pandullo will serve in a state correctional institution for eight cases with all to run concurrently. He will serve one to two years for an incident of simple assault on Jan. 29; two to six years for criminal trespassing on Jan. 25; six months to two years for retail theft; and six to 12 months for defiant trespass by communications last August.
In addition, Pandullo will serve time for receiving stolen property, possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and contempt related to a court order in one case back in February.
Pandullo has been in Westmoreland County Prison since Feb. 17, after he was accused of stealing two vehicles and fighting with a police officer during a confrontation near Scottdale.
