ASSAULT/HARASSMENT:
A Johnstown man was arrested following an incident on Tuesday. Indiana Borough Police were dispatched to a home along Oak St., where they discovered that 40-year-old William Kinkead had assaulted and threatened an unnamed woman before fleeing the scene.
Officers located and arrested Kinkead shortly after, and he was arraigned before Magisterial Judge Guy Haberl for charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, and he was taken to Indiana County Jail.
PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS:
Indiana Borough Police also report another incident that happened along Oak St. on Monday. Reports say officers were dispatched to a home along the 1000-block of Oak St. for a report of a man yelling at himself.
Police later identified the man as 26-year-old Rodney Morgan Campbell, and he was arrested for public drunkenness.
