NO. 10 North Carolina held on for an 80-78 win over the Pitt Panthers at Chapel Hill Tuesday night.
Cameron Johnson tallied 24 points for Pitt, whose record fell to 1-8 in the ACC and 12-10 overall.
The Panthers travel to Duke on Saturday.
