The Bishop Guilfoyle Marauders jumped on Homer-Center early on their way to a 65-44 blowout at the HomerDome Saturday afternoon.
BG raced to a 36-13 halftime lead, smothering HC with a tight man-to-man defense before backing off the gas in the second half.
The loss was the Wildcats’ third-straight, dropping them below .500 at 9-10.
HC was led by Tanner Yancy and Corey Cavalier with 15 points apiece. Carson Schloder added 10 as the three accounted for 40 of the team’s 44 points.
Luke Raggerty paced the Marauders (9-4) with 19 points.
