The investigation is ongoing.
Officials at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania are investigating a threatening message that was found in one of the classroom buildings on campus.
A photo has been making the rounds on social media of a bullet that was found on the first floor of Leonard Hall, along with a threatening message. IUP’s executive director for media relations Michelle Fryling said that the note did not contain any specific threats to a single person or group of people, and that the University Police are handling the investigation.
It was also determined that there was no imminent threat, so there have been no cancellations to classes or other activities.
Fryling added that students were notified about the incident and were also reminded that help was available if they were traumatized by what happened.
