Summertime road and bridge construction continues across the area this week.
PennDOT’s schedule includes patching on numerous roads across Indiana County, bridge repairs on Route 422 in White Township and Gipsy Road in Grant and Montgomery Townships, a pipe replacement project involving Tunnelton Road in Conemaugh Township, and in the New Florence area in Saint Clair Township, the closure of Shannon Creek Road for pipe replacement.
The Shannon Creek Road closure, between Shrum Hill and Wild Cat Road, will be from Monday until August 13th. Route 711 will be the detour.
