CLYMER BOROUGH POLICE
One person was charged with using off-road vehicles on public roads earlier this week in Clymer Borough. Police say they saw an unnamed man riding a red Honda 250 dirt bike near the area of Franklin and 2nd Street around 3:36 Monday afternoon. The man turned from 2nd Street onto Franklin Street and Route 286 and continued east out of the borough. They caught up with the driver a short time later and charged him with a summary vehicle code violation.
INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE
One person was charged following a traffic stop in Indiana Borough last Friday. Indiana Borough Police say they stopped a vehicle near 1100 Philadelphia Street around 12:37 AM on January 26 after it turned left into oncoming traffic. During the stop, officers found 44-year-old Nicole Harvey driving on a suspended license. She was charged with driving on a suspended license and other summary traffic violations.
