The Pens snapped a three-game losing streak Monday, beating the Capitals, 8-7, in overtime, stopping the Caps nine game win streak.
Pittsburgh is 27-11-5, Montreal 27-12-6.
Pittsburgh will visit Carolina on Friday.
Matt Cullen is out three to four weeks with an injury.
