Coach Pat Narduzzi added another 2022 verbal commitment yesterday when defensive end Jimmy Scott announced his intention to play his college football at Pitt.
From Athol Springs, New York, Scott is a 6-3, 250-pounder ranked the No. 3 overall prospect in New York state. He’s rated a three-star prospect by Rivals.com. He also received scholarships offers from ACC rivals Boston College, Duke, N.C. State, and Syracuse, as well as offers from West Virginia, Rutgers, Michigan State, Arizona State, Texas A&M, and Ole Miss.
Scott is the sixth ’22 recruit for Narduzzi.
