BUCS WILL LOOK AT TOP PROSPECTS WHEN SPRING TRANING BEGINS

Pirates pitchers and catchers report to Bradenton on February 14^th, and the first full-squad workout will be on the 19^th.

MLB Pipeline’s newest Top 100 prospects list has five Pirates on it, led by last year’s top overall draft pick, pitcher Paul Skenes.  He’s ranked third behind the Orioles’ Jackson Holliday and the Brewers’ Jackson Chourio.

Other Bucs on the list are second baseman Termarr Johnson, number 44, and three pitchers, Jared Jones, at number 62, Anthony Solometo, number 82, and Bubba Chandler, number 93.
